Military Training
Broad and developmental collaborative systems exist in the defense sector. As an example, in one of MABAT training, eight different units participated in a 'round table' focusing on real time decision making challenges. The results were astonishing. 95% of participants stated that the training had benefited them greatly in understanding the command dilemmas they have to deal with during complex military situations and that the training helped them to acquire cross-cultural tools and skills.
General (Reserve) Noam Tibon: "The MABAT Institute deals with providing tools to commanders in the field of intercultural encounters. It helps to gain the ability to learn and the ability to understand who is standing in front of you, to understand how to penetrate their walls, how to understand their problems. I think this is unbelievably important both for the army and the educational system".
Major Ravit Grossman, Head of Officers Training Unit, Educational Corp: "Thank you for the joint, fruitful work, for professionalism and deepening processes of implementing cultural competency in the I.D.F., as well as the development and instruction of workshops for officers in the field of social inclusion for unique populations. We enjoyed your professional and thorough work throughout the process..."
